Buying process

1. How will I receive the CD I buy?
We will send it to you by certificate mail.

2. What happen if the CD I receive is damaged?
You can contact Anna by email – anna@fapman.com- or by phone (+34) 93 308 9663 and we will send you another one.

3. Is it secure to buy through internet?
In order to provide security to our clients, we are using a well known system called PayPal (www.paypal.com) which is specialized in providing secure trades through internet.

4. How can I place the order?
You just need to click on the BUY button in any link of our site pages and follow the instructions that come before that and that will be redirecting you to the PayPal website in order to make the payment. After that, we will receive your buy order and we will be sending you your CD.

5. When will I receive my CD once I have completed the order form and paid for the CD?
In order to be more effective we will be sending by certificate mail the CDs every Friday. After that you can count about 5 business days approximately and you will have your CD in your hands.

6. How can I book one of your artists for a concert?
You can contact us by phone (+34) 93 308 9663 / (+34) 678 475 961 or by email booking@fapman.com and tell us what you need exactly.

7. What is the cost for a booking?
We do not have a standard list cost for our artists, since it depends on what will be the concert, where will it be, and so one. We prefer to talk to you about it and we will arrange the best for you.

8. Do I have to pay any amount in advance for a booking?
Yes, you do. We will ask you to pay a 25% in advance for the reservation.

9. Is there any territorial limitation for a booking?
No, there is no limitation, although we will ask you to pay for the transportation and accommodation of our artists, or we will charge you and extra amount if we need to arrange and pay for it by ourselves.

You must attach a brief biography and also a phone number and email address where we can contact you.

11. Will you listen to my work?
Sure! We listen all what we receive and try to send it to you a constructive feedback whenever our activity enables us even if we do not decide to produce your work.

12. Will we sign a contract?
If we decide to produce and promote you as an artist, we will contact you. After that we will have an interview and see what kind of work we can do together, and once both of us agree on what we want to do, we will prepare a contract that reflects all what we agreed.

14. How much will you get as a publisher?
It depends on what we can do for you as an author, and also on what you want us to do. After listening to your work, we will contact you and set up an interview so that we can talk about all this.

15. Will we sign a contract?
Yes, we will. After the interview and if both parts agree to work together, we will prepare a Publising Contract. You will be able to read it, analyse it and if both of us agree, we will sign it and start to work ASAP in order to get the wider audience we can for your creations.
